Entertainment Weekly has confirmed the rumors that Comedy Central's ordered new episodes of Futurama, the classic sci-fi TV comedy from Simpsons creator Matt Groening. But the order is not for the previously rumored 13 episodes... It's for a whopping 26, enough for one very long season or two short seasons. The second option sounds more likely. The new episodes of Futurama are slated to begin airing in 2010.
