The Thicke of it

Alan Thicke is more interesting than you think. Yeah, he was the dad on Growing Pains and he hosted that Thicke of the Night show that bombed in the 1980s. But he also wrote a bunch of unforgettable TV theme songs (including The Facts of Life and Diff'rent Strokes) and he was a writer for edgy comedians like Richard Pryor and Sam Kinison. The Onion A.V.
