WHEELCHAIR WEREWOLF!!

Wednesday, October 14, 2009

This clip is very silly indeed and I apologize if it offends any disabled people, but I thought it was funny and it also really captured the spirit of trashy drive-in fare of yesteryear. Back in the days of movies like Blackenstein, a werewolf in a wheelchair really woudn't have stood out that much. Heck, they already made Werewolves on Wheels!

Hi Greg, thanks for the post! Glad you enjoyed my flick.
I've never heard of Werewolves on Wheels. Looks pretty sweet! Hopefully their lawyers will never find out about Wheelchair or I'm screwed. Especially if their lawyers are in wheelchairs.

Great blog,

Joe

I've never actually seen Werewolves on Wheels. I just remember seeing the trailer someplace years ago and laughing my butt off.

"Science fiction plucks from within us our deepest fears and hopes, then shows them to us in rough disguise: the monster and the rocket." - W.H. Auden

Who is he, this one who is called "Greg Stacy"?

Greg Stacy began the MONSTERS AND ROCKETS blog in April of 2009. Prior to that, he was editor of the popular sci-fi/horror news website DARKWOLDS.COM. He has also written for LA WEEKLY, OC WEEKLY, UTNE READER and LOS ANGELES CITYBEAT. He always feels weird writing about himself in the third person.
