The awesomeness that is SUCK

Just going by this trailer, I am going to declare that upcoming vampire rock n' roll dark comedy Suck is going to be fantastic. Now, maybe it'll be fantastic in the sense of just being a really well-made, scary, hilarious movie. (Which I kind of doubt, frankly.) Or maybe it will be fantastic like The Lost Boys is fantastic; it'll be trashy and awful but also ridiculously stylish and fun.

The premise is pretty can't-miss, with the members of a going-nowhere rock band becoming vampires and then having to live (or, um, not) with the consequences. And sweet Jesus, that cast! Alice Cooper and Iggy Pop are naturals, but casting Moby as a goth badass is just inspired. And Dave Foley! And the cherry on this awesome sundae: Malcom McDowell, as an aging vampire hunter. With an eye patch.
