We've all envied Bob Fossil's spectacular dance moves on The Mighty Boosh, but we knew we could never hope to shake our groove things like that. To move like Fossil, you gotta have the natural grace of the gazelle, the fiery heart of the tiger, and a beer gut like a big ol' bear.

But during the Boosh crew's recent US tour, Bob Fossil himself (AKA psychotic improv genius Rich Fulcher) took time out during the shows to teach the audience how to wow the crowds on the dance floor the Bob Fossil way.
